Yes relaxation is very sucessful in helping people to cope with and often lower high blood pressure there is a lot of research to support this- see the Pausepedia section.Try to find a short time to relax every day or even twice a day if you can, the more you practice the better you get and the more effective the body’s response. Regular gentle exercise is also a great stress buster and helps to lower blood pressure.
