Essex Physiotherapy Clinic and a member of the Health Professionals Council. She is a lecturer in musculoskeletal physiotherapy; a clinical educator and is a regular broadcaster for the BBC on health matters. Angela regularly hosts relaxation workshops for children and adults.

is an Inclusion Manager and Deputy Headmistress with over 17 years’ teaching experience. Her work as PSHE Subject Leader; Healthy Schools Coordinator and her successful implementation of SEAL has contributed to her school being awarded National Healthy Schools status and Ofsted Grade 1 – Outstanding.
SIMON RAMET
is the founder of media music company
Sug Mon Kooky which specialises in composing original soundtracks for unique events and personalised projects. Qualified in Conceptual and Multi-Media Art, Simon draws on his experience in visual media to take an holistic and exciting approach to sound design and music production.
For me it’s got to be anywhere on the water. Gently sailing along, bobbing on the waves with the cool breeze and warm summer sun – I’ll be out like a light. Best if someone else is steering!
In my bedroom away from my noisy brothers with my Play Pause Unwind 2 CD. I can go anywhere using my imagination. The Fiarground is my favorite.
Walking early in the morning when it’s quiet and calm, with my dogs running on ahead
